Flashers
« on: Jan 17, 2021, 08:00 AM »
I’m thinking of getting a flasher. I’m eyeing one of the vexilar flashers but could be convinced to go elsewhere. I’m sure this is not the first time something like this has been posted but I want the most up to date opinions. What are people’s favorites flashers and why. Thanks for your help

Chevy, Ford, Dodge type question that has been beat to death here & will get nothing but "Why Mines The Best" type answers.

Read thru this >>>>> https://www.iceshanty.com/ice_fishing/index.php?board=74.0

142 pages of info on all the hardwater electronics.....If you can't find what you're looking for in that, then I don't know what to tell ya !!

All the brands offer great products. It's gonna come down to what you want it to do & cost/appearance may play a factor as well.

Good luck with your decision !!

You pretty much already have your answers here but for what it’s worth....it’s 2021 now. If I were to buy a new flasher in today’s market, if it weren’t a digital screen, it would have to have a brushless motor and a lithium battery. The battery part can be remedied with an “aftermarket upgrade” but I would definitely make sure the motor was brushless. There is no point in dealing with brushed motors in 2021 unless you absolutely have to.
