How many tipups can you use per person in Ontario and can you use live bait?

Thats a very wide-open question...the province is cut into huge categories and each has differnt regs..You can drive 30 minutes an have completly different rules and regs....If you let me know where you are headed I can be more specific..... check out this link.....
