No ice might as well enjoy comfortable Louisiana temps

It was a great time running through the Bayous of S. LA catching Reds, Specks, and Sheepshead

The Reds are awesome on the grill with lemon pepper.
Ive done the speckled trout and sheephead on in some ceviche. Turned out great.
