Underwater lights

First of are they legal in Iowa? If so anyone use them or try them  and green or white?

Yup, and the only time I have used them I used green. Dont know if it worked or not, but we caught fish so it didnt scare them away!

As you all know the light is supposed to attract bait fish.that is why folks hang them off their docks in the summer.
