What do you guys think are there still good numbers of pike left? Went there once and all I caught were some nice bass but no pike.

fish or not, it'll be a zoo as soon as theres ice. ive got a whole bunch of relatives and friends in the area and they say that its sledneck heaven...so i tend to leave it alone

Didn't have an issue catching them there last winter, actually had more of an issue with the snowmobiles hitting my traps....

I don't think there is a decent pike in that lake.  Everytime I go I catch Bass bigger then half the Pike I've seen pulled out of there.

Scott and Ben put some pics up of the Pike that you have pulled out of Sabatus to show this guy there is some big pike in there.

I caught plenty of small pike(to 7lbs) and nice bass(to 4lbs).  Just started fishing it the last few weeks of the season last year.  Had a lot of fun.  I know others who have personally caught them up to 15lbs.  They are there...need to put in the time.
