Okay...I bought the Scientific Angler's fly box. Has plenty of room for all my small ice jigs.

I picked up a couple Rose Creek boxes this weekend at the Syracuse ice show.  I'm very pleased with their ability to hold the jigs in place.  I loaded them up and shook the heck out of the boxes and not one jig was dislodged.

I use the Rose Creek boxes they float and they hold your jigs very good.

Rose Creek are the blue boxes and the others are Plano.

They work very well.  I do like the picture of the one from Gander, I need to get one of those as well.

good call on the bug luggage. I just got 3 recently and I like the jig slot better on these than the rose creek boxes.

See you on the frozen pond.......Mike

I got a Bug Luggage this last Friday on the way home. I have not tried it out on the ice yet, but I already like the idea of not hearing jigs rattle. That was a pain. Also I went from three Plano boxes to one Bug Luggage. Looks promising so far.

I came up with an idea today and this is it.  Used an old CD (zippered case)
cut out the CD holders, cut some scotchgaurd pads to fit and glued them in with spray adhesive.
Doesn't take much to hold the jigs and they "pull out" easily; but don't fall out.
These cases come in all sizes right up through full page size.  I seem to have an endless supply at work -  ;D

I like this idea, and want to try it. I am wondering where i can get some type of foam like that?

;D  ;D Didn't use foam - used scotchgaurd pads (cut to size) - still going strong and still happy with the design.  ;D  :icefish:

what is a scotchguard pad?

Scotch is the brand name, but it's about 1/4" thick and green that you use to scrubs pots and pans... don't let my wife know that I know that though!!!

Don't let her know that you "stole" her scotchguard pad(s) either.  Actually, the one(s) I used are commercial size (about 12 X 12")
