My buddy and I started using them last season, and boy do they work.  We bought out the supply from 2 stores in our area.  The perch just love them!

How well do these work on specs ice fishing? Which models seems to work best? I see theres several styles in bass pro. For colors I would guess white/red?

I have used them in open water in white and chartruese. I usually cast and bottom hop them in. I lift slowly and let them glide down. Perch do love them as one guy mentioned. I find they work best with a smallish darter head. They look great hanging vertically and have thought about using them through the ice in the same was as a genz flyer or airplane jig, or suspending them below a bobber. They have a similiar fall to the flyers when jigged. I use scent on them too, hope this helps.
