any Lake Calhoun experts here?
« on: Nov 18, 2012, 09:17 PM »
I would have to say that this lake is one of the better lakes near me for open water and so now that I am getting back into ice fishing, I want to try it this winter.

Anyone here have any good info as far as fishing this lake in the winter?

I think the crazy depth changes and lack of points is what is throwing me off.  Just how deep are the fishing going in a lake like that?  Do I look for humps and bars just like I would in the spring and fall?
