those temps help but we need one or two days of really cold night time temps followed up with daytime temps at least 10 degrees below the freezing point to get the heat out of the larger bodies of water....pray for artic cold!!!

I was watching the local weather at noon (Rochester channel 10) and the weather man stated that he thought the cold weather was hear to stay for a while.  They showed the weather for late next week and the highs were in the mid to upper 20's.  Not long now.

heck over here in WNY we have been under an advisory since 9pm last night and is continued until 6pm saturday night, at times we are getting 2" an hour and highs for the rest of the weekend in the mid 20's and only in the upper 20's next week ;D come on ice, even though this 11" we have gotten since 9pm last night isnt going to help the ice and the other 10"-12" we are gonna get by tomorrow morning and the additional 5"-6" saturday day :tipup:

oh yea thanks i got it today hope they arent getting hammered with snow up there like we are here im not sure if ill make it to work tommorow if this keeps up its snowing so hard right now i cant see across the street ill have to leave at 3 to get to the falls by 7

Try franklinville to north buffalo every dam day, right through the heart of that dam lake effect... its getting old quick.
