It's getting closer to CRUNCH time...........

That is hopefully some crunching under our feet walking out to the fishing hole!! What do you guys think ......  Will we have fishable ice by Christmas ??  Here in the northern part of the state I think we'll just make it.

I was busting an inch and a half of ice sunday morning on the way out to my duck blind, and then by noon it was all open water. come on ice!

Last Friday I was kicking 1.5" of ice crying why didn't it get cold on tuesday.

What wouldn't be sweeter than watching the Colts win all the regular season games, then watch Peyton choke once again, and lose the first playoff game.

I don't know "66" I can't see that happening to this team. I don't recall ever watching a  NFL team that seemed as poised as this Colts team looks. They seem to be in total control of every game. It would be a shock if they would lose a first round playoff game.IMHO

I keep thinking about when the Colts played the Rams and fell behind 19-0 or something like that. What if they do that to a good team? Hope not. GO Colts!!!

I'm going to check out a couple of channels on sunday.
I know a few places that freeze early. Last year they were fishing them for a week while all the lakes and ponds were still open. Hopefully saturday I'll get my deer with ML. And have fish and venison Sunday night.  ;D
