walkers lake in pa is a good spot for a surprice like that we
get them all the time it's always a good little fight :tipup:

I have caught a few through the ice when using worms for trout. We call em hornpout up here.

Got my first one through the ice this winter too.

ive caught a few bullhead jigging for panfish on panther lake. they def. put up a good little fight on 2lb test!!!

Caught one yesterday.... Caught a Channel cat earlier in the year too.......

We caught a couple at Tongue River Reservoir in Montana.

I got my first ice cattie this past Saturday on a shiner on a tipup. Surprised the heck out of me!

Last year we were fishin all day and just before we were ready to pack up....FLAG.....we ran over all excited. Grabed it, set the hook and brought it in. A 4 inch bullhead....he took three fatheads on a treble hook!!!!

Hope ya crucified that sap suckin s.o.b. :-X They are just about as bad as carp. Cant keep them off your hook walleye fishing. Scourge of the earth i tell yah!

i catch them on tipups at night with 5 inch shiners :) and sadly im not kiddin
