Had a decent morning on the Gap but the bite died by noon. We left early, around 2, to get back home for the Broncos game, shoulda stayed for some more flags. Each of the four of us had a tip-up out and we only had 2 flags, fewer than normal. I landed this decent pike along with about 25 perch, culled some real small ones but will have a good meal from the day's take. BTW, there were a bunch of folks on the ice today, probably trying to get patterned for next week's tournament. Small white jigs did the best for us.
