Title: Smelts In Norway Lake?

Has anyone tried to catch smelts lately in Norway Lake?

Hey I asked a biologist about this subject last year and he said they are very far and few between. I think baby white perch is the major bait in there now.

if its the same biologist we saw on keoka lake with no personality he didnt act like he knew what he was saying

I don't ever remember hearing about smelts in Norway Lake.....my dad and I used to smelt EVERYWHERE around there and never hit that lake......How about Hobbs Pond.... ???

i fish with a guy that use to live on hobbs pond, no smelts that he knows of he did catch an 8 lb brown there a few years back ;D

Every winter there are 4 or 5 smelt shacks out there.

i fish there alot and there are some but very hard to find

There used to be as but were over fished like Hobbs.
