Can anyone identify this flip over?

Its about 15-20 years old.

Clam 2 person  with the rod storage under seats

Any idea the value of an old one? Also, concern with the weight, were they extremely heavy years ago?

.It looks like it may be the guide model -weight i  think was 84 lbs empty.
