Sandbar ice
« on: Mar 15, 2020, 05:52 PM »
Wondering if anyone was out the sandbar today? Was out there Thursday and ice was plenty thick, but assume the rain and wind ate some away. Just looking on the South side to hit some last minute sunnies and gills. Hoping today secured it for one last trip tomorrow. Any last minute updates appreciated.

I went by on the way home from the Islands and no one was out there. Shore looked pretty broken up.

Think the ice is OK but the shore is shot. Bring waders if you want to get out there. Almost all the spots I have checked has a lot of water along the shore. Time for me to put the ice gear away and work on open water stuff.
