Hardwater Classic Results
« on: Jan 25, 2014, 10:47 PM »
So the event was a big success! Sorry to tease you a little, but I'm going to let Woodland have the honors of posting the details and such.  A big thanks goes to Luke for getting this event started and creating an opportunity to raise funds for the Youth Ice Fishing Day.
Thanks to all that attended and especially those that brought their kids to participate!

Not trying to steal this thread, but it sure would be nice to hear some of the sizes/weights on the perch and the trout that the participants caught. The photos look great but was curious on some size details?

Winning Perch was 2.35lbs. And trout...don't quote me...was about 4lbs.

What a great day it was, to see the sun was worth the entry fee alone.  Took my wife and youngest daughter who both out fished me  ;D. Was my wife's first Time ice fishing which is saying something she grew up in Hawaii not much of a snow/ice person but she loved it, she will go again for sure, shall I say she is Hooked. :P Thanks to all the sponsors and folks who put on the event, well worth it.

Ok by me, I would like to know where mine eventually landed in the list.  I'm still amazed about the Cascade fishery overall, knowing the sizes overall would be nice just to see what's actually in there.

Give it a rest man.  It was a 1 fish tournament.  Should we add into this all the fish we have caught this year?  How about the 2lber I caught two days before but I wasn't able to find one on Sat.?

You caught a bunch of nice fish.  Good for you.  The ONE that counts is the one you choose to weigh in.  Quite frankly you should have to cull them yourself.  Why were you weighing three fish anyways?  So you can come gloat on the forums?

If you look on the Facebook album the sucker belongs to the smiling gentleman in the red bibs on the left. It looks like a suckersicle.

Fowl Language....nice to meet you at the tourney.  Hope to see you again at the next one.  :)
