I ordered the 24V Lithium auger on Halloween and received it Saturday after the idiots at FedEx delivered it to the town's veterinary clinic. They said that's where their system pinpointed my address. Whatever that means. I finally got around to unboxing it last night. I took everything out of the box, all looked good. I plugged the charger in and plugged in the battery. Nothing at all. No red light, no green light, just nothing. Now I suppose I'm going to have to contact their customer service and hopefully they'll just let me send the charger and battery back instead of the whole deal. ARRRGH
Has anyone else had a problem with their charger?
