Title: Pistol bit with Ion

I heard of it happening, but haven't seen it applied...but will the composite Pistol bit flight or Ion G2 flight fit a Gen1 Ion powerhead without modification or an adapter? Thanks!

If you have the ION ..just measure the output shaft ..or try and put a hand auger on it for size . The Pistol Bit has a 18mm input diameter (most hand auger) Or if you have a power head(gas/propane) auger on your ION try that drill unit on it ..most powerhead drill units are 22mm .
