skim ice on the duck puddles this morning I think i will start shopping for a snow dog

My car read 24F when I left for work this morning in Smithfield RI around 6:30am. I was super excited!!! Bring on the COLD!!!!

I'm trying not to think about ice until December. With the weather patterns we've been having I wouldn't be surprised if next week was in the 20's...or the 80's $:-\$

Right on, lots to do. Charge batteries, clean out the mice, new leaders & hooks. Naturally while doing the before-season chores, one hand for the chores the other for the refreshment.

26* on my thermo at 4:00 am (Michigan). Just received my last rod, reel and tip-up (just need to get the line) this morning, too. I am now set for this season and beyond...been at it since July.

Not sure I will top the 7 deer I harvested last season but bird season is upon us and deer season will get me right into the end of December.

for the season. Just need to get up to speed. Found 6 Vintage Brass tip - ups I'm referbing just for fun. Probably won't use them for real fishing but I'll put them up on the forum once they are done. $1 apeice at a junk store in Putnam Ct.

Hey Sharps.. Plenty of lures and terminal Tackle as well. Biggest Ice fishing display I've seen out side of Maine shops.
