Fished both days this weekend.  Spencer Rd is Plowed till mile 5 and then it's sleds.  14-18" of ice all over the place.  Slush was BAD on Saturday but firmed up on Sunday enough that the sleds weren't breaking through.  Fishing was good but the fish were in weird locations.

My camp is on Hilltop and I had to sled from there.  There was no snow on Slim Haggle until Saturday morning when we got a couple inches.  What camp are you on Slim Haggle?

Road was plowed to mi 5, but we were able to drive to just beyond Slim rd. Sled from there. Slush froze hard, 24” of ice in some spots.  Was very little snow on ice, might be some now. Small open water areas near point in narrows. Stay left, go over point. Fishing has been better, big healthy y perch taking bait, bring plenty bait

Thanks  Troutboy ,   Hoping for a little more snow  but we're bringing the wheeler with the tracks just in case.   We usually fish   Up on the left shore  before the Narrows    I think we're going to bring shiners and Smelts.  Last year we caught a little bit of everything    Monster tongue to be had in there
Flaaaaaaaaag!!!
