Just wanted to ask your opinion on Bluegills and the effect of scent on their bite. Had an experience this winter here in Central NY State when fishing 5 feet from my fishing buddy in 12 feet of water. He had a hot hole, I fished the same presentation without a bite. Could it be they just did not like the way I smelled (as I put the same mousies on the same style jig as he was using)?
