Good ice and a lot of perch but half the fish I caught were put back as they were running small. Surprised how many people were there both Sunday and yesterday. People fishing anywhere from 100 yards out to way out near the channel. Lots of 4 wheelers and snow machines out on the ice . Didn't see a Snowdog   ;)

I fished there recently and yes loads of dinks 7" & under) yellow perch, like a nursery full of them, couldn't keep them off the line, even hitting the larger minnows...
Was funny to see a 5" yellow take a gulp down a 3" minnow.

It must've been a 10:1 ratio of dinks to 9"+ keepers for me.

Was steady action but disappointing the amount of dinks.

went out on Monday , surprised to see the parking lot full on a Monday. I did ok but still a lot of small ones , and the wind made me think I might be going on a sled ride in the one man shanty I have. This snow is going to make the going tuff. Hope the state or town plows the access road out .
