Yep, they taste great.  As with anything else it comes down to how you cook them and there are a million ways to cook them that's good.

Good things come in small packages.  It may take Two dozen nice gills to feed the family but it is cool as heck to see chiken nugget, hot dog, and pizza loving kiddos fighting over the last Bluegill fillet. :P
