Is Elmore and Curtis Ice still good for this weekend 12/29-30?

New to ice fishing trying to get out this weekend, does anyone have a report on Elmore or Curtis or a suggestion for good ice nearby? Thanks in advance for any reports, advice or suggestions!

Elmore has over 8 inches, definitely a safe bet.

Fished Curtis the afternoon of Christmas Eve with my family, bite was very slow, just one eater perch, but there was a solid 7 inches of ice everywhere I drilled.

Thanks for the response camo, I'll definitely be trying curtis too can't wait. Good to hear the rain helped instead of hurt the ice. See you guys out there! This is a great community of fisherman, this is what we need to keep our outdoor sports thriving. Thanks again to both of you!
