How much snow on ground in Schoon Lake area?
« on: Jan 02, 2011, 02:44 PM »
Just curious as to how much snow is on the ground up there. I don't mean the lake, I mean on the ground. Going ice fishing, but lady friend wants to go snowshoeing on some trails too.

Yeah I was up at Brant Lake fishing on Friday and there was a dusting to 3-4 inches on the ground in spots. When I cam off the ice I had to pull my sled a different way cause the snow had pretty much all melted and there was mud. Ice was fine
