Let us know how it turns when you get the chance..   you never know it may not work  and not cut threw ice??   but Dont think it will fail so let us know! Always good to have a handle option for a power set up if the Batterie for some reason died you got a back up plan also care to share how you assemble it??

Interesting.  Had a chance to use it yet? Might be a cool way to use my k-drill early season when there are only a few inches of ice vs lugging the drill with.  What does it weight with the SM handle?
