Just wanted to give a huge SHOUT OUT to the HT Enterprise gang. We (I) broke the hub on our HT instashak ..no fault of theirs...gave them a call and they sent it out pronto from WI to Sask. Canada was only three days!! Excellent customer service. A ton more than i can say about those blue tents....MALC..spelt backwards..now that was a nightmare

Just curious how did you break the hub? I broke a pole by opening it side first instead of roof first.

i will just say it was a freak accident that again, had nothing to do with the quality of the HT equipment. I am too embarrased  to say...lol

and when you do..hang on. My expeirience with the BLUE was night and day compared to HT. The HT parts were free and it was my fully my fault. Sorry.... I have nothing good to say about blue.

LOL NICE... i know it happens, i was pretty aggravated at myself when i broke my pole, It was my fault. I've also broken many a part trying to tinker and figure things out in my life time.
