Working on the equipment
« on: Dec 16, 2007, 08:22 AM »
Well I was down home for a few days and gathered up the majority of my gear to bring back north with me.  I tried to load my small house and sled on the trailer. Many of you remember my small house that I built last fall. I built is to it would fit on my trailer with my sled which would make me more mobile.  Well with my new Pantera the shack will not fit on the trailer too.  The sled is 1/2" wider than the old one.  So now I have to figure out what to do.  I did bring up the rest of my gear though. I worked on some of my traps and most of my jig poles.  I will not be able to get out probably until the first of the year.

Catch one for me would ya?

 Ben

Well as I stated earlier I am working on my personal and guiding equipment.  I am not sure that I own enough equipment! LOL!  The Polars are the tip ups I use for fishing trout.  Then there are my cusk lines and warm water fish tip ups.  And then of course, there are my jig poles.

25 polars I think might be enough.  I would like to pick up 12 more green wooden ones and maybe a couple of Lakers to try.

Just to think, the lakes that I primarily fish, I can only use 2 at a time!

Ben, I think you should move to Vermont with all those traps.

I like your cusk lines. Looks like a clean way to do it.

like i mentioned in the sno blo's topic.......that paneling brings me back home.......i think all of berlin is covered in that stuff..........its even better when painted
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways
