  I picked up a couple Topper tip-ups a while ago

Old jigging pole, jigs and hand line. We called them rockers. You made two mounds from ice chips. Balance the set up on them. The dowel was placed in the proper hole to achieve balance. When you got a bite it would rock either up or down. Lake Erie stuff.
