fillet knife rapela

got my self a deluxe cordless fillet knife set not sure how to the charger its says put battery in and press button and the red lite flashs need some info let me know

The light flashing red means it de-charging it down to the bottom of the cell leave it till it turns solid red and then green.
Mine was like that and Repala tech over the phone said to use that procedure and it worked for me.
