Title: Perch talkers for Kokanee?
Post by: CMS on Jan 20, 2016, 04:29 PM
Just curious, has anyone tried taking a perch talker and removing the treble hook and dropping a hook with maggot below it?

That's a great idea CMS, I'll try it and get back.    ;)2

I hope it can breach the language barrier between the species.       :woot: :roflmao:

Ooooo ~ We bad!

Thanks, maybe the maggots can act as the interpreters.  It looks like I'm going to Georgetown lake this weekend so I'll give it a try. If nothing else it got my little pea brain working overtime. Is there any fish able Kokanee lakes in our neck of the woods? The ones I know of are sketchy ice.

So true on the sketchy ice, aka ~ Pucker ice.     :roflmao:

There hasn't been much said lately on the North Idaho thread and I just can't get out to look, due to an elder passing away. 2800 miles east is within the realm of chaos.      :woot:

Sorry to hear that. Yeah I'll need luck since I don't have much skill.
