Best I can tell you is they keep their shape, store convieniently in a five gallon bucket, and I have yet to have one freeze in. I've done the DIY floor mat and the BD foam covers, but switched over to these after seeing a buddy use them in sub-zero temps.

Has anyone received an update on the backordered Vexilars from Gander? I purchased back on 12/4 with the 30% deal, and it is still showing backordered. I did receive the $25 gift card, just curious if I will ever receive the unit!

They should have called you but all
Of those orders were cancelled. They are not allowed to sell below MAP. It was a glitch on the website that allowed it to work and they were supposed to be excluded.

They can be charged for false advertising, selling below MAP is not illegal, it is just what manufacturers want them sold for, false advertising is illegal. They advertised it on their site, legally they are bound to honor the price...............or go to court which they will loose. They would honor the price if anyone pushed them on it.

I mean I can see you have good intentions but if you are implying that you take legal action against a giant corporation over the saving of a couple hundred dollars on a flasher I think that's a hopeless mission. if you obtain legal council and they then honor the sale your fees will be much higher than your savings. If you take them to court and win and your savings are honored and fees covered even, you have wasted how much time and energy? I must be missing a scenario where you get the deal and it costs you no legal fees or consumes vast amounts of your time in order to get them to honor your coupon. I for one have chosen to do no online business with that company period.

electronics were excluded from the discount coupon. it said so right on their terms of use, but their web page allowed the orders to be taken. if you got 25$ for free, that's more than you should have got.

this was already hashed out and moved to a remote area of this forum.

Well that changes things, makes it pretty clear they specifically stated that electronics were not covered.

When i had my store I would get items time to time that would required to be at a specific price. if i sold it lower than the company demanded I would have lost the ability to sell any of there product line moving forward.
