Looking for NY Made Plastics

Hey all - wondering if anyone has a local bait shop or knows of any small companies in NY that make plastics for ice fishing.  I reached out to the buffalo bait folks but they don't make anything sized for ice fishing.

I bought my new Maki-Plastics at Cabela Cheektowaga.  They had a large display of various colors and small sizes excellent for ice fishing.  They are not NY made but what the heck they work and look great.

Call the bait shop that I frequent in Hudson Falls, NY. Country Pets at 518-747-3594. He sells some small plastics that a local guy makes. Maybe you could arrange to have some shipped if it is too far to drive.

Country Pets sells Ross Custom Bait. Here's his Facebook page, you can order right from there. Great bait and I used to work with Scott. I think many of the area bait shops carry his plastics.

Ross Custom Baits are great. I can find them locally across LG and southern ADKs but you could also order directly through him. Two other local producers i support are Prichard Baits and Perfect Scent Baits. Both of them are local to the oneida area.

He isnt fully up and running yet as he is waiting on some final supplies, however my friend is throwing his hat into the soft plastic game and will be selling baits before the end of the season. Only.Hawgs is the name. Hes got a few more molds coming in but am excited to see what hes able to produce.

Just ordered a couple packages of the glow waxie/spikes from Perfect Scent Baits - will let you know how they do if we ever get any freaking ice 

He makes a little Goby bait that is deadly on perch/pannies and also lakers... to the point that one of my friend will spend way too much time every trip fishing a tiny tungsten with a goby, on his UL over deep water for lake trout. That tug is definitely a drug
