Adirondack Lake

Hi guys!!
I am new to this forum. Still hoping to use my auger before New Year.
Do you think Adirondack will have some decent ice? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

You are new so I will be easy. Call baitshops up that way and ask them. Call nemecs in warrensburg, fish 307 wherever. If you drive up to that area this weekend you will find people icefishing. Maybe there, maybe on a lake close by, somewhere there will be guys on Ice. Doesn't mean it's safe. Good luck. P.s. Next time you ask a question like this the belt comes off 😎

At this point was fishing for some info, not very successful apparently:). Found some webcams images, looks like ice is
starting to build up.

Guys are very reluctant to give 1st ice conditions due to safety concerns, so you probably won't find anyone to answer your question directly.  My opinion is to open the threads for the lakes you want to fish and read.  If it is safe they will be talking, if not there will be little advice.  Good luck and stay safe.
