This probably a few days late, but there is plenty of ice, 6"+. I have seen tons of people with Scott County plates in the lots. Lots of dinks, occasional early morning Crappie bite and then back to the lil' ones. They claim they have caught some nice ones over around the cabins, but be sure to have permission to park by them if you don't want to park in the camp ground area. Heard they are cracking down on the people that are not invited guests. Not to scare ya, but, you know how things go, right? Good luck!!!
When is this water gonna freeze!?!

Moondog,
I meant to tell you I stopped by east clinton on my way back out east. The ice is not good there at all.
There are even signs warning about the springs and thin ice. Just a little FYI for ya.
