Try Vados Bait or Wholesale Bait.  Do a search for the sites and they will show up.  If you call or email wholesale ask for Jana, she really went out of her way to get me replacement bait when the big brown shipping company left my wax worms outside in 10 degree weather and killed all of them.  She sent me a full replacement at no charge and you can't beat service like that.

wow, I was just trying to do a search for this very subject not 10 min ago.  I just ordered from wholesale and got an email about 10 min later saying they are concerned about shipping in this weather and if I wanted to have them shipped in an insulated cooler.  It cost a bit more, but that is good service.

Also www.Cabelas.com  I have not ordered bait here before, but they have the best service, so I don't think you will be disappointed.  I saw mealworms and waxwroms there...
