I have a Helix-5. I have an ice fishing transducer on it. Can anybody tell me how to get out of simulator mode? I have 7's and 9's and I know how to go out of simulator mode on them. This menu is different. I need to know somebody who has had experience with the HELIX-5. Please and Thank you. Tight Lines HH

Sorry for the question, simulator mode or demo mode?

Turn the unit off, then turn it back on. Watch the screen as it boots up, it should prompt you to press EXIT, or it will enter into demo mode.

I had some problems with mine. I had to disable the temperature reading and then everything was good - I don't recall off the top of my head how to do it, but I will look and see if I can find the procedure I used.
