Finally, one worth writing about........

Lamb chops on the grill with bacon wrapped roasted asparagus bundles and a skillet of wild mushroom fricassee. We'll likely finish the bottle of Washington State cab we started last night.

Best dinner here in over a week!
To fish or not to fish? That's a stupid question!

What restaurant you going to...

Just kidding it sounds really good.  What for shoots you using.

I work at one of the finer restaurants in upstate NY, and as a manager I have the luxury of eating our product. I call it it quality control. lol.
I not sure what the "shoots you using" means. Can you clarify?

Just tried something I'm been thinking about....I like the "salad" type sandwich mixes, tuna salad, ham salad, chicken salad. I always thought, why not beef salad? So I coarse chopped up half of the bear roast I had last nite (tastes almost like roast beef) and made it like any other salad. Mayo, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt, pepper, onion powder, bit of dill relish. Had it on lettuce leaf on rye bread. Hoo boy, my favorite new thing!  :P
