Lake of the Woods Tips

Hi Guys:  Leaving for Arnesens on LOW on March 1st.  Can anyone advise if the eyes are suspended or are they hugging the bottom?

If have heard the bit has been pretty slow.  Hopefully with some warmer weather, it will pick up.

Also, what do you guys suggest for using on your dead stick (plain hook, minnow?) and what are you jigging with?   Lead jig, chubby darter?

What colors have been working?

barometer high fish the bottom. If it is low a few feet off the bottom imo.
