there's ice in the cooler and when i see that i get this feeling that i should have a ice rod in my hand. Its crazy what goes through your head when ever i see ice,maybe its just me ???. it'll be here before we know it.

Yeah there's a couple inches of ice in my freezer and I'm gettin in sick of the heat and tired of being soakin wet by 8 in the morning and that way till 8 at night I'm moving into the deep freeze

I'm roasting my gnarlies off right now...it's a balmy 94 with a heat index of 101...drippin' humidity. What a lousy summer. Rain, heat,rain,heat,flood,heat,steam,rain,sizzle... :%$#!: Winter can't come friggin' soon enough for me. Boat has not even been out of the garage yet this summer.... >:(

I hear ya Reb,  No fishin since the ice went out.... early... dang early! AND QUICK.... Dang Quick!  Three days Quick. I'm usually still punchin holes til the middle of April. But not this year.  :%$#!:

I'm going to take the hand auger over to the indoor ice rink just to keep the elbow loosened up. Hopefully know one minds the skipping over 6" holes!
