Anybody here ever fished Lake Osakis?

I've been fishing that lake since 1968 and have to say it is a fun lake to fish to say the least!
I have a cabin on the lake and do most of my ice fishing out front from there!
It gets around 50 to 70 feet deep but there are some real good structure to check out.
Last year we fish an inside turn of a bar that tops out at 17' like a banana shape then drops to 38' from there.
That inside turn I believe attracts the fish to that spot as there was current detected by our underwater camera. Good Luck!

I haven't ever fished that lake, but I should...I'm only about 50 miles up the road from it.  I have looked it over, and it does look like an intriguing lake to fish.  Maybe someday I'll give it a try...

I have fished it in the summer but never in the winter.  Not sure why.  I have friends that fish it in the winter and they always seem to do real well.  Maybe it is because I grew up 3 blocks from Minnewaska and I know that lake better.
