It's not the walmart plaza in Altoona it's the target plaza. They are demolishing the old circuit city and building it there.

I was at the F&S on a couple of weekends ago and got some tungsten jig heads and some plastics for 1/2 off.  Good sale. 

Have they put more stuff out?

Also, Gander Mountain in Robinson is having a sale too.  Not as much stuff, but still some left.  Worth a look.
