The sled kit finally arrived, and we assembled it today. The instructions included weren't difficult to follow and with a bit of drilling we were in business. Drilling the skis and cross members required a little effort and thought but it worked out. The Jet sled is attached to the aluminum frame with carriage bolts and wing nuts in case we want to take it off for whatever reason. We used eye bolts on the ends of the skis so we could hitch the Pulk harness to them or use a long rope if we wanted. So far, the harness worked great, but we pulled it empty. We left room on one side to strap the shelter or an auger on the frame and free up room in the sled. On Tuesday we plan a little trip to do a gear shakedown and beat the rain on Wednesday so will update then.
