Oxbow Marina

Looking to get out on Oxbow one of the next few days if there’s good ice left… anybody know how it is holding up?

Rivers are all swollen so if u have a ladder you can prob get on

Good idea to call. Didn’t even think of it.

Definitely will bring planks figured the river has rose at least a couple feet. If I get out there I will give a report.

Any river basin was ok today since it rained last night but by Friday they will be at peak levels

Please watch it at the Oxbow this time of the year...That is the voice of experience...I went in there...I was lucky only up to my waist. Th ere are some tough rules in river ice fishing and they keep changing ..one is you don't know when they discharge up north at electric  power plant, it push es the ice up /down breaking the edges that sometimes run out 15f ft....Take care guys

havent seen anybody on there the last couple of days, and quite a bit of open water, not sure about ice thickness but doesnt look good

Drove past it Sunday. Not a soul out there. Looked open, well, from what I could tell at 90. ;-)

I saw them too. I was heading north on 91 and couldn’t believe it. Amazing.

Saw 3 guys under the power lines today
Up on the river in Brattleboro/ Hinsdale there was a bunch of guys fishing with shanties out it was very busy

I was there yesterday, plenty of ice.
