Battery choice

I've got a Garmin Striker inbound, planning to build my own portable setup. I can source either 7 or 8 amp/hr batteries locally. How much of a difference in run time would I see with the 8 compared to the 7?

On a striker 7, about 2 hours runtime difference. They draw roughly 0.5A.
I use a 7ah lithium on my UHD 73SV and get about 12.5-13hrs.
