Hey guys, I want to target tullibee in Alberta or western sask.. does anyone have tips and tricks for finding them and catching them?

20-25' middle of the water column, use something shiny with a little piece of meat on it.  they're dumb like dirt and will always bite in my experience.  sometimes a larger lure will bring them in then finish the deal with something micro they can fit in their mouth.  if you're planning to eat/smoke em keep your eyes open for worms in the flesh.  they make great bait for me, but that's it.

Only place I see them on a regular basis is at Crawling Valley.  Not sure how you fish them through the ice.

Never targeted them but there are or used to be lots in Baptiste.

Lots in slave lake and easy to catch. Usually higher up in the water column. A flasher is your friend to target them.
