Probably depends on a lot of things. Wind, sun, temperature, wether there is a heater inside. I've had it show up after a couple hours and sometimes it doesn't show up at all.

There are a lot of variables.  Are you heating with propane?  Water vapor is a by product of propane combustion.  An uninsulated shack would in theory use more propane resulting in more vapor being produced.  Depending on heat source, how it is configured and how if it is performing optimally the time will vary significantly.

Far too many variables to give a definitive answer.  Based on the supplied info... within 5 minutes or not at all.

2X propane exhaust.

Also consider how cold it is outside, what the weather is like (cold & dry, or cold and clammy?), how many "bodies" will be in the shelter (that includes possible pets). All these factors will contribute to condensation in addition to whether or not you are heating with propane.

How much Venison are you cooking in the shelter?
There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the ice like an idiot! I won't tell you which side of the line I'm on.
