was out again today,ice really is going fast but still a foot of so so ice,had fun fishing for ten hours today but only had three perch and a walleye to show for it but sure was a blast.

Pulled the shack off on Saturday due to it was pouring rain. Lost about 4" of ice in two days.

Headed out tomorrow for a 4 day trip to the hard sides. still plenty of ice up this way, 40"+. light at 6 dark at 10 gotta love alaska.

So impressed I forgot to say, temp was in 70's. about half the ice gone. All will be gone in a day or two. I worked on my homemade portable shack. I have all summer to putz, and will be working on two or three shacks over summer.

Wife has to work Easter, so after church I'm going fishing in the canoe.

I'm flyfishing on the rivers around here, but up in the mountains still 2 feet of ice. Should be good for another good 2 weeks of icefishing, 3-4 if I wanted to push it abit. Busting out the flyrod has been fun though

yeah we see them quite frequantly. I fish in front of there house on lake lucille and Todd and piper will sometimes venture out to see how things are going. piper has caught a couple fish in my shack. Todd is real nice guy. down to earth and you can have a conversation with him and a beer.

I was out last weekend on 42" of candled ice.
Since then we have had sun every day and 3 days of 60 to 70 degree weather.
When I drilled it it was slushy all the way through.
Could still be fishing for a couple of weeks, but I've had enough and am working on my open water stuff now.

We went yesterday on Lake Viva Naughton. Had to wade through water to get on the ice. Was my last ice trip of the year

My friends were at their cabin this past weekend and there is still tons of ice.

Stii pokin holes in Sublette county!!! Going to try for all weekend and that will equal six and half months ice fishing in Wyoming!!
