I have the digger auger mount. I bought it 2 seasons ago and it works great. I use it on both my wheeler and snowmobile.

I have a milk crate I'm going to mount on the front rack and cut out the handle to make a cradle for the auger. My crate handle bottom forms a V. Best part it was free!
If you have 2 mount them side by side.

I use the Kolpin rifle grip set on the front of my sportsman, Its perfect for my Nero/Fuel combo which is certainly lighter but I think they would be fine with a gas model too as long as you don't get crazy boondocking it on to the ice. I don't have any pics on my phone now but I can snap a few tonight.

I use it for a Milwaukee/KDrill set up. It could easily be used for a hand drill and if one desired. I have a Jiffy 10" and will check how it fits. You could use 2 milk crates side by side with the handles cut out for a power auger if one didn't seem secure. The best part is the crates could be used to carry other items.

I went with the Koplin Rhino Grip on my sled. They work great, should work on an ATV too.

Also use gun mounts, cable tie a pool noddle to the rack, supports the weight of the motor.

I built a box for my sled, mounts directly to the Linq mounts on my Ski Donkey. One side holds the K-Drill and the other holds my Mille Lac chisel. They came off amazon, maybe $25 each?

Need to get better pics of the auger and chisel installed but used it all last year with no issue.

Found one that shows the chisel side of things:

Kolpin actually makes (or did) an auger mount for ATV's, Google Kolpin #26100 product. I have one and it's easy to put on for the winter and easy off for the summer.
