I was thinking we could do another Get Together. I had prizes left over and in the past we have had to cancel due to poor ice .. maybe doing this can make up for it.

As of now the date will be Sunday Feb. 21, 2010. Location will be Lake Iliff .. just up the road from Aeroflex.

hpw is it. never been there so just wanted to know i might hook into there. wouldnt be fun hooking into a big trout with 2lb test line and an ultralight.

I've never fished it myself. I heard there are sunnies, perch, crappie, pickerel, bass and catfish. I was told it's not very deep .. about 30 ft.

The last one was on Saturday so I thought lets make this one on Sunday ... maybe those who couldn't make it can now.

Because of being lazy and just getting over being sick I missed the first one. Hopefully I will have the gumption for this one.

At the last get together we all had a nice lunch break .. courtesy of Shawn, Gary and Jim. I was thinking we could do the same at this one.
I can bring my portable propane 2 burner and I'll also bring a couple of packs of hot dogs. If we can get everyone to bring something it could turn out nice.
We would need buns, drinks and whatever to eat.

I vacation dayed the rest Saturdays in this month and 1st week of March. Cant change to get off that sunday. STUPID MEANINGLESS MANDITORY STORE MEETING IN THE AM too. SUX! ICERINA and I can not attend.

Parking at Illif is the question. Have we got permission to park in the lot across from the fire house. What about local police? You most likely will not want to push your luck at the restaurant / bar.

I live down the rd from the lake we can park some car's in the Sheridan's lower parking lot. I will let everyone know how many by tomorrow. But we can use this as a drop off & we can park about 50 car's in the Hillside park parking lot that is 50 yards from Sheridan's lower parking & the lake is 10 yards from the Hillside park parking lot. I will & have everything worked out

As far as parking goes Sheridans is only going to allow Shawn and myself to park in their lot as we have the cooking supplies and measuring station. Everyone else will have to park in the Hillside Park parking lot but it's only 10 yards or so from the lake.

Start time will be 7:00 AM ... end time 3:00 PM.

There will be 2 categories .. Panfish and Pickerel.

We will be having an "on the ice" lunch .. hopefully everyone will bring something.

We will have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. (We had left over prizes from the 1st Get Together)

Well,,I just found out that due to some family shtuff I wont be able to attend this get together..I hope you all have as much fun at this one as I did at the last one.
